- In 2020-2021, Florida public library staff answered over 10 million reference questions.
- Over 70 million items were checked out from public libraries, not just books, but also telescopes, cooking pans, bird-watching kits and pressure washers.
- Public libraries offered 94,489 programs at the library and another 29,529 virtual programs.

E-Rate in Disaster Areas
