Public Comment Policy

We genuinely look forward to your comments and suggestions, and we hope you will join us at meetings, both in person and online. 

Our Public Comment Policy (PDF) explains in detail the rules and regulations necessary for compliance with Florida Statutes, Section 286.0114. 

The policy allows for: 

  • Public comment before action on an agenda item. 
  • Public comment at the conclusion of the meeting. 
  • Written public comments regarding the meeting. 

You must fill out a meeting appearance record form in order to speak at a public meeting.
