Secretary Detzner Announces 2014-2016 State Touring Program Roster Release

Tallahassee, Florida –

Secretary of State Ken Detzner announced today the release of the 2014-2016 State Touring Program Florida Arts on Tour roster. The State Touring Program provides fee support to Florida non-profit organizations and any units of city, county, or state government, including school boards, for professional performing artists. The roster, available at the Division of Cultural Affairs' web site at florida-arts.org/roster, includes descriptions, fees, and contact information for each of the selectively chosen performing artists and companies, as well as the complete application for presenters.

"The State Touring Program provides incredible opportunities to bring Florida's finest performing arts groups to communities all over the state," said Secretary Detzner. "Through the program, rural and less populated areas can access many of Florida's exceptional performing artists. The State Touring Program also ensures that there are opportunities for our best professional artists to share their talents while educating audiences across Florida."
